On the other side, the Amazon Fire Stick, also launched in 2014, is a smaller and cheaper media player than the Fire TV. They differ mainly in their design.
The FireTV looks like a box, like regular TVs, but the FireStick, as the name suggests, is a stick which would have to be plugged into the HDMI Port of the TV to transform it magically into a badass Streaming Device.
